Hello Microsoft Support Community,

My Microsoft account associated with ******@gmail.com appears to have been hacked.

The attacker has completely changed my account's security information, including the recovery details, and replaced them with their own information.

I received an email from the Microsoft Account Team stating that my security information was deleted.

Now, when I try to sign in or recover my account using my original email address, Microsoft says:

"We couldn't find an account with that username."

Because Microsoft cannot find my original account, I am unable to submit the account recovery form.

I am the original owner of this account and need urgent help recovering it. I have access to the original Gmail inbox and can provide any information necessary to verify my ownership.

Please help me:

  1. Recover my original Microsoft account.
  2. Understand how the attacker changed my security information.
  3. Find a way to submit the recovery form even though Microsoft says my account cannot be found.

I would really appreciate any guidance or assistance from Microsoft Support or the community.

Thank you.
