Since email still works on the PC, this is most likely an iPhone sync issue rather than an account-wide outage.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Check whether mail is missing only on the iPhone or also on the web.
      • Sign in to the mailbox in a browser.
      • If messages appear there, the account is working and the issue is isolated to the phone.
    2. Remove and re-add the account in the Outlook app.
      • Open Outlook on the iPhone.
      • Tap the profile icon.
      • Go to Settings.
      • Under Account, select the affected account and choose Delete Account.
      • Restart the iPhone.
      • Open Outlook and add the account again.
    3. If the problem is in the iPhone Mail app instead of Outlook, remove and add the account there.
      • On iPhone, open Settings > Mail > Accounts.
      • Remove the Outlook account.
      • Restart the device.
      • Add the account back.
    4. Reset the mailbox partnership if one device is not syncing.
      • Go to Settings > General > Mobile devices in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web.
      • Select the iPhone in the device list and delete the device partnership.
      • Select Save.
      • Power off the iPhone completely.
      • Turn it back on after a few seconds and sync again.
    5. Check common account causes.
      • If the password was changed recently, update it on the phone.
      • If Microsoft cloud storage is full, mail can stop sending and receiving.
      • If the account is temporarily blocked because of unusual sign-in activity, it must be unblocked before sync resumes.

If the iPhone still does not load email after these steps, the next useful check is whether the issue affects only the Outlook app or also the built-in Mail app, because that helps narrow it to app-specific sync versus account setup.
