Having issues reactivating my Microsoft 365 subscription

I bought the Microsoft 365 Personal Package. Everything worked fine. The problem Is my bank issued me a new card with the new bank account details so my old payment method failed. Now when I try to reactivate or resubscribe to my previous package or buy a new one, Microsoft simply won't allow it due to my region. What should I do? it says not available in your region or country.
