    Hello @Info Fertiaco

May I confirm whether you still have access to the account, and whether it is a personal account or a business account?

If you have changed your phone number and would like to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new phone:

    1/ For business account:

    1. Accessing the link of Security Info and login with your account
    2. Delete the old Microsoft Authenticator. Then, click on “Add sign-in method” and select Microsoft Authenticator. Follow the prompts to set it up on your phone.  image

    2/ For personal account:

    1. Accessing the link https://account.microsoft.com/security and login with your personal account.
    2. Then, choose "Manage how I sign in" and select "Add a new way to sign in to your account" User's image
    3. Choose "Use an app".
    4. Open Authenticator on your phone and select the plus icon
    5. Select Personal account then tap Scan a QR Code.

Please try those above and let me know if you have any updates or further information about this. I look forward to hearing from you.
