Removing a child from Family account with blocked organizer

My MS account was connected to a Family account with my father's account as organizer
In 2022 the organizer account was blocked by MS with no reason. May be because my father is a Russian citizen
Since then the ability to change or delete the Family account was lost
Now I need my MS account to be fully operational as I study in Gymnasium in Austria and I need to use MS store and google all the time. I am told that I should register a new MS account but I do not want to do so and I want to stay with the existing one.
My father has asked MS to delist my email from the family group and close the family group registered with MS at his blocked account.
I have told my teacher for IT that this case would be a perfect example of MS overwhelming control if not resolved.
Also I was advised that the family goes to EU Ombudsman to resolve the case if MS stays silent and does nothing.
But why to complicate?

    Hello Aaron Kasatkin,

    Based on your description, this does not appear to be a problem with the Microsoft Family app installed on a device.

    Microsoft Family membership is managed online through the family group itself. Uninstalling the Microsoft Family app or changing OneDrive settings will not remove an account from a family group.

    If the family organizer account has been blocked and is no longer able to manage the family, there is unfortunately no documented self-service method for another family member to remove themselves from that family group when organizer permissions are required.

    At this point, the best option is to contact Microsoft Support and explain that the family organizer account is blocked and you need assistance with the family-group membership.

    Hello, I hope this is the answer you are looking for.

    Try to uninstall Microsoft family off of the device.

    I uninstalled Microsoft family off of my PC. I also disabled MS onedrive. I also disabled auto updates. I do them manually.

    To uninstall MS family right click on the MS family icon and choose uninstall.

    If that did not work then you will need to uninstall MS family using winget commands.

    Open the command prompt as admin. Then use winget command ->

    winget uninstall MicrosoftCorporationII.MicrosoftFamily_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    Then that should delete MS family app. See if that fixes your issue.
