Power BI Pro Licence issue

To better understand what is happening with your Power BI Pro license and dashboard access, could you please provide a few more details?

1. Where did you verify that the Power BI Pro license is valid until the end of 2027? For example:
   • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
   • Power BI Service
   • A licensing or subscription portal
2. Are you the tenant administrator or a regular user?
3. When you sign in to Power BI, do you receive any specific error message? If so, please provide the exact wording or a screenshot.
4. Are you unable to access:
   • All Power BI reports and dashboards, or
   • Only specific reports/dashboards shared with you?
5. Has this issue started recently, or have you never been able to access the dashboards with this account?
6. If you go to Power BI Service and select your profile picture do you see any Power BI license listed there?

These details will help narrow down whether the issue is related to license assignment, account sign-in, tenant configuration, workspace permissions, or report-sharing settings.

If you are an user please contact with your organization admin to assign you with the right license in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
