Are you trying to connect a personal Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com or Hotmail, or a work or school account?
The Microsoft 365 connector for Claude does not support personal Microsoft accounts. It requires a work or school account connected to a Microsoft Entra ID organization.
If you are already using a work or school account, please confirm that its Microsoft 365 licence is active. You may also need to ask your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator to approve the connection.
