Azure Artifact Signing: eligibility for Public Trust identity validation as an Israeli sole proprietor
Scenario: I'm an independent Windows developer in Israel, registered as a sole proprietor (Israeli "עוסק מורשה") rather than a limited company. I have a business registration number and trade under a business name. I want to sign a desktop application installer.
Question: The quickstart says Public Trust is available to organizations in a country list that includes Israel, while individual developers must be in the US or Canada. Does an Israeli sole proprietor qualify for organization identity validation, or is a sole proprietor treated as an individual developer?
Already checked: the Artifact Signing quickstart and FAQ. Neither covers sole proprietors outside the US and Canada.
