i can't receive the code from the authenticator app

everytime i want to sign in i cant receive any message from the authenthicator app so i can sign in. so i always stuck at the number verify while sign in

    When you try and sign into your Microsoft account, please can you open your Microsoft Authenticator app and sign into it. Once you have signed into your Authenticator app, and see all of your accounts, please place your finger on one of the email accounts and swipe down.

    This forces the Microsoft Authenticator app to refresh and look for a verification request coming through to the app. This should display the box and ask for the code to be entered that you see on your screen.
