Hacked account and hacker changed my information

On vacation, a hacker got into my account, changed my account email to their email, and removed all of my information. I contacted recovery (the AI bot which I despise) and filled out sheets, and even called another department. I entered all of MY information that had been on the account, I showed them when they hacked, where, and the info they changed it to and they still can't validate it. I don't even know what to do at this point, what can I do/who can I talk to, I'm incredibly irritated with Microsoft's limited recovery support.

    Hi @Eza Janneman

I’m truly sorry you’re going through this. I understand how frustrating it must be to provide extensive account information and still be unable to recover an account that was taken over while you were away.

Since the hacker changed the sign-in address and removed your security information, please submit the Microsoft account recovery form again from a device and location that you previously used with the account. Include as much historical information as possible, such as old passwords, previous aliases, exact email subject lines and contacts, billing details, and any Xbox or Skype information linked to the account. Microsoft allows an unsuccessful recovery request to be submitted again up to twice per day.

You may also try Contact Microsoft Support to check whether a live support option is available. However, please be aware that support agents cannot manually bypass the ownership-verification process, change the account’s security information, or send a password-reset link if ownership cannot be validated.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

I sincerely hope you are able to regain access to your account.
