My subscription expires in a few weeks. How do I cancel it?

    Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription.

    Find your Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage. If you see Turn on recurring billing, recurring billing is already turned off and the subscription will expire on the date shown. You don't need to do anything else.

    If you still see an option to Cancel, follow the prompts to turn off the subscription.
