system drivers for wireless printing from Windows 11 to Canon Maxify MB5320

Canon support wanted to login to my computer to change System Drivers state to fix wireless printing from Windows 11 to Canon Maxify MB5320. I do not want anyone accessing my computer remotely. How do I change a state from Stopped to Running and how do I know which drivers to change?

Before changing any Windows services, I’d like to confirm exactly what Canon was referring to.

Did Canon give you the exact name of the service or driver they wanted changed from "Stopped" to "Running"?

Is the Canon MAXIFY MB5320 currently showing under Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners?

When you try to print, does it show "Offline," give an error message, or simply not print?

Please do not start other stopped services unless you know which one Canon meant.

Before making any service changes, could you confirm whether the printer is still reachable over the network?

Please try the following:

Press Windows key + R, type control printers, and press Enter
Right-click the Canon MAXIFY MB5320 and select Printer properties
On the General tab, click "Print Test Page

Please let me know:

Does the test page print successfully?
Is there any error message displayed?
Did Canon provide the exact name of the driver or service they wanted changed from "Stopped" to "Running"?
