Canon support wanted to login to my computer to change System Drivers state to fix wireless printing from Windows 11 to Canon Maxify MB5320. I do not want anyone accessing my computer remotely. How do I change a state from Stopped to Running and how do I know which drivers to change?

    Welcome C Bilbe,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before making any service changes, could you confirm whether the printer is still reachable over the network?

    Please try the following:

    • Press Windows key + R, type control printers, and press Enter
    • Right-click the Canon MAXIFY MB5320 and select Printer properties
    • On the General tab, click "Print Test Page

    Please let me know:

    • Does the test page print successfully?
    • Is there any error message displayed?
    • Did Canon provide the exact name of the driver or service they wanted changed from "Stopped" to "Running"?

If Canon identified a specific service, I can explain how to verify its status without giving remote access to your PC.

    Looking for your update.
