SST OED error unable to use audio devices

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 A few days ago after booting my laptop, my laptop stopped recognizing or detecting its own speakers and plugging a headphone through the headphone jack also goes undetected. Only way to play audio currently is through Bluetooth. In device manager I have an error related to intel SST OED, I have tried uninstalling the driver and letting windows reinstall it after restart, used SDI to install it, tried installing it through fortect and it still displays: This device cannot start. (Code 10) FW did not sent FW Ready notification.

I recommend using DDU.

Note: DDU is a third-party application used to completely uninstall and reinstall the audio driver.
- After downloading, extract DDU to a folder.
- Run the Display Driver Uninstaller application, select the "Device Type" tab, and choose "Audio." Then, select "Realtek" to uninstall the Realtek driver.
- Click the first option, "Clean and restart," and wait for the process to complete.
- After running DDU, install the driver:
