how to change name on account

i need to change from my name to my brothers. all info in account is in his name, the only thing left is sign in name. can that be changed

    You will need to sign into the account https://account.live.com, and then go to Your info to update the name.

    All services linked to this account will have a delay syncing this change. Sometimes this delay can take up to 48-72 hours.
