Good morning!

I am being asked to update my payment information to pay for my subscriptions. I would like to know what subscriptions I have and how much is each subscription. Please note that I bought Microsoft 365 and do not want Gameboy on my computer. Please let me know. Thank you so much!

Best Regards,

Debbie Wolinsky

    Hi, Debbie Wolinsky

A payment-update message does not show which plans you own. Also, having an Xbox app on the computer does not necessarily mean you are paying for Game Pass.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Open the Services & subscriptions page directly and sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365. Avoid using links in unexpected payment emails.

The page will show each active subscription, its renewal price, next billing date, and recurring-billing status. Select Manage beside Microsoft 365 to review or update its payment method.

Look for Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass. If one appears and you do not want it, select Manage, then Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Turning off recurring billing prevents future charges while allowing access until the listed expiration date.

If Game Pass is not listed, the Xbox app may simply be installed with Windows. You can uninstall the app from Settings > Apps > Installed apps without affecting Microsoft 365.

Make sure you check any other Microsoft accounts you may have used.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
