my lenovo all in one pc doesnot support recent updates of windows 11 how can i downgrade it to window 10

I have recently tried to update windows 11 updates but failed and it displayed that my pc does not support TPM 2.0

HOW THE PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED AND I want downgrade my version to windows 10. how can i do this
