they stolen my minecraft account and when i tried to reach it said we are nor recognize this email. i think they erased my Microsoft account . i have email from microsoft , i have purchased detail please help me. i tried all way what is showing in your website.

I understand how important your son’s account is, so I’m going to be honest. If the email address was changed and two-factor authentication was enabled by whoever took over the account, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.

Just to confirm:

Try searching for your son’s account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c
Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.

If it says the account doesn’t exist, or you receive a different error message, please tell me exactly what it says.
