Powerwashed pc, recover filles

Recently powerwashed my laptop because my internet was deleting itself , don't know what or how to reinstall needed apps, the problem is that i don't know how to get them back and can't seem to do much properly on my asus gaming laptop, i am deeply stressed about this problem and would like to know what to keep and how i get my asus laptop up and running like normal

    Hello,

    For the drivers that you need to reinstall, it may be easier to go to ASUS' driver download website (https://www.asus.com/us/support/download-center/) rather than trying to find the drivers manually.

    For your games, you mainly need to install the Epic Games Launcher (https://store.epicgames.com/download?lang=en-US) and Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/about/). Once you download them, log in, and then navigate to your library so you can reinstall a majority of your games.

    For your other apps, most of them should have come preinstalled when you reinstalled Windows (such as Microsoft Edge). If you have a browser app already, you can go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and download Chrome. If not, open a Command Prompt window (as admin) and type winget install Google.Chrome and push enter. This will install Google Chrome.
