Hi, @davide baldo

Since you no longer have access to the laptop, I recommend securing the Microsoft account first.

If you haven't tried it yet, please go to your Microsoft account Devices page and check whether the missing laptop is listed. If "Find My Device" was enabled, you may be able to locate and remotely lock it. For instructions please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/security/find-and-lock-a-lost-windows-device

Also just to be safe, I’d recommend to sign out everywhere. Visit: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional Scroll down to Sign me out and select "Sign me out".

Should you need further information, please let me know.

Thanks!

If the laptop is tied to a personal Microsoft account, the fastest protection steps are:

    1. Sign out of the Microsoft account everywhere
Go to your Microsoft account Advanced security options page, scroll to Sign out everywhere, and select Sign out. This signs the account out of browsers, apps, and other sign-in locations within 24 hours. Xbox consoles are excluded.
    2. Change or reset the Microsoft account password
If the device may be compromised, change the password immediately after securing another trusted device. If sign-in is not possible, use the password reset option.
    3. Run a full malware scan on any PC still being used with that account before changing the password
Microsoft recommends running a full antivirus scan first, then changing the password.
    4. Check account settings for misuse
Review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies, because these can be changed if someone had access.
    5. If the account may be hacked, use the sign-in helper
The sign-in helper can guide to self-help steps or offer the option to talk to an agent.
    6. If the lost device is a Windows device and Find my device was already enabled, use the lost-device support flow. It requires that Find my device was turned on beforehand and that the account type is Administrator.

If this is a work or school account instead of a personal Microsoft account:

    1. Sign in to My Account.
    2. Open Devices.
    3. Review connected devices.
    4. Select Disable for the lost laptop.

Caution: disabling a work or school device cannot be undone by the user; an administrator must add it again.

If sign-in to the Microsoft account is no longer possible, use the sign-in helper or Contact Microsoft Support. Support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details directly.
