I am an alumni who needs a new Office365 Family key for 2026/2027 who paid in advance for 2 years of membership to MS Alumni Network? It will not autogenerate a new key which expired and is frozen my account?!

The auto generate a new Office 365 Family account does work for me on MS Alumni Network again even though my membership is payed for another year?

There is no place to get help on this on the sight and any of the steps that are documented do not work to generate a new 9/x/2026 product key!

    Generally, you should be able to activate a renewed subscription by signing in.

    If necessary, see if you can get support directly from the alumni network. There is an e-mail address at the bottom of the page at https://microsoftalumconnect.com/ .
