We mistakenly purchased a second MS account with a new laptop 12 months ago which we did not activate, and you refused to refund but were to use this as payment for this year's subscription.

- How many different email addresses do you normally use to sign in to Microsoft?
- When you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with each email address, what subscription is listed under each one?
- Do you still have the email or order confirmation for the Microsoft 365 purchase made with the new laptop?
