Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I recently purchased a new Microsoft Office 2024 product key. However, I am unable to activate Microsoft Office using the product key, both online and offline.

I have tried activating it multiple times, but the activation is still not successful. I would appreciate it if you could check the product key and help me resolve this activation issue.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or screenshots regarding the activation error.

    Log into this link with you Microsoft account, then enter your product key to register the licence on your account, if the product key is not accepted, what is the exact error indicated?

    If you purchased Office 2024 from a 3rd party retailer, what is the exact version of Office you purchased, is that Office Home 2024, Office Pro Plus 2024, Office Home and Business 2024... etc.
