when trying to save I get the message "We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired.

    Open the old Control Panel.

    Set View at the top to large icons.

    Open the 'Credential Manager' applet.

    Go to Windows Credentials - Generic Credentials.

    If you find any Office or OneDrive credentials listed in there, remove them.

    Restart your PC, then log back into one of the Office apps and OneDrive to test if that resolves the problem.
