I need to talk with someone so this can be resolved without creating another account.

I paid for Microsoft 365, but I can not use it because my other account says it's overdue. I have tried to cancel that account, but they all seem to be linked. I need this fixed so I can use the product I paid for. Otherwise, I would like a full refund so that I can transfer to another provider.

Do you mean you paid for Microsoft 365 Family, which can be shared with 5 people?

To provide you with an efficient solution, please go to the https://account.microsoft.com/services page with each of your Microsoft accounts. Share a screenshot of the page for all the accounts in the next reply and we will move further from there.

To attach a screenshot, see below:

Press Windows key + Shift + S together on the keyboard. The screen will dim with overlay. Drag the pointer to take a screenshot.
The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard. Please press Ctrl+V in the editor to paste it, then confirm to attach the image.

Alternatively, you can press the PrtScn key on the keyboard, if it exists, to directly copy the Entire screen, which you can paste using CTRL+V.
