I was allowed to renew my personal classic plan back in May 2026 (annual subscription). I am now receiving emails telling me I have till 30th September 2026 to change to a different paid plan.

On the subscription paid a message state I have till May next year to use the current plan then I have to upgrade the plan, yet the emails say I have to change plans by 30th September.

If I change plans before 30th September, do I get a refund on the remainder unused months on the classic plan

    Hi,

I wonder if that is a promotional email. Before moving forward, can you share a screenshot of the email?

do I get a refund on the remainder unused months on the classic plan

Surely yes, your amount for the remaining months will be adjusted in the new subscription.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
