Issues logging Into My Email's

My kids are into collecting pokemon, because of this I created a few email accounts with microsoft and signed up for bot's to get them cards at MSRP instead of paying douche bag scalers double or tripple the cost to get them.

Now I cant login to half of my emails, it says blocked, when I click on unblock it says I cant.

I waiting several days before trying again and still shows blocked.

How can I get into them.
