How to Remove My Visa Card from My Microsoft Account

Why can't I remove my Visa card from my Microsoft account? I have already canceled/turned off recurring billing for Microsoft 365 Personal, but the card is still linked to a subscription/order. How can I remove it completely and prevent any future charges?

    Payment options: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    If the card still cannot be removed after the subscription has ended and there are no pending payments, contact Microsoft Support so they can check why the payment method remains linked to the account.
