I was billed in April 18, 2026 for $106.61 (P425-6816830) then again in May 26th 2026 for the same amount and the same #.

To my knowledge, I only have one account for 365

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

You can reference this detail step by step instruction with screenshots I posted in this thread: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/c/2714817

For a Microsoft 365 home subscription, two charges with the same amount do not always mean a duplicate subscription.

Possible causes that match this situation:

    1. A previous payment may have failed and Microsoft retried it later. That can make a late payment and the next on-time payment appear close together for the same amount.
    2. If the same Microsoft 365 subscription was added again, it extends the subscription time instead of creating extra benefits. A Microsoft account can have only one active Microsoft 365 subscription, and adding the same subscription extends the duration, up to 5 years.
    3. Another Microsoft account may be using the same card, even if only one subscription is visible on the current account.

    What to check:

    1. Review order history and look for multiple purchases for the same amount close together: Review your order history
    2. Go to Microsoft account payment options and select Investigate to check whether another Microsoft account is using the same card: Go to payment options
    3. Check the Microsoft 365 subscriptions page. If only one subscription appears, look at the next billing or expiry date. If the subscription term was extended, that points to an added renewal rather than a second active subscription: Sign in
    4. If the subscription was bought through a third party such as Apple, Google, or a retailer, billing must be managed with that provider directly.

If the order history shows two separate charges for the same period and it was bought directly from Microsoft, use Contact Support from Microsoft Support for billing help.
