Can't log into my azure account to look at billing statement.

I received an email to view my azure billing statement for a subscription I cancelled in January. However, I can't log into azure now after cancelling. I get to the 'Enter Code' page to use the authenticator app on my mobile device but I have no authenticator value for azure. I have one for microsoft giving me an 8 digit value, but the one being request by azure is 6 digits. Need some help getting back in to my account.
