Please evaluate the following billing: Below you will find information extracted form e-mails sent to [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@drperryjones.com. I can provided those emails if necessary.

Microsoft 365 Business Standard billing:

10/1/2025 Successful renewal 11/2/2025 Successful renewal

4/9/2026 Successful renewal 5/1/2026 Successful renewal 6/1/2026 Successful renewal

8/23/2026 Successful renewal ($129.99) 9/2/2026 renewal on Sept 1, 2026

Primary Tenant ID: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

All renewals are posted as successful on the above dates. Emails received confirm the above billing. The Microsoft 265 Business Standard seems to be billed twice each month, and in one case 6/1/2026 for a semiannual (Twice a year year annually). Billing seems separated by about a month each of the semiannual pay periods.

"Microsoft Invoice" is "billed" as follows:

10/2/2025 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $15.00 10/10/2025 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50

11/2/2025 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $15.00 11/10/2025 Invoice #[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] Amount $10.50

12/10/2025 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 1/2/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $15.00

2/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 3/2/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $15.00

3/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 4/2/2026 Invoice #G[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] Amount $15.00

4/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 5/2/2026 Invoice #G[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] Amount $15.00

5/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 6/1/2026 Invoice #G[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] Amount $15.00

6/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50 7/10/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $15.00

8/2/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $16.80 9/2/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $16.80

9/9/2026 Invoice #G**[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]** Amount $10.50

"Microsoft" Invoice seems to be twice monthly billing. I assumed once monthly was the billing interval.

I had a rough time finding a Microsoft "agent".

    Hi Perry,

Thank you for providing the detailed billing history.

Because the charges may be associated with different subscriptions, billing accounts, billing periods, or prorated adjustments, please create a billing support ticket through the Microsoft 365 admin center for further assistance.

When submitting the ticket, include the relevant invoices, billing emails, renewal dates, charge amounts, and masked payment statements. Please ask the Billing team to identify what subscription and billing period each charge corresponds to.

For guidance on how to request support in the admin center, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

I hope everything gets sorted out soon. Please keep me posted on any updates.
