cancel my complete subscription

Hi there I bought a surface pro tablet with the complete subscription . But after finding out it doesn't include the other items in the bundle (keyboard, mouse), I want to cancel. But when I call your Canadian number it tells me to go to help.microsoft.com - I have. There's nothing there to help. And after my second time calling your Canadian number you've now blocked me and repeat the message about going to your website and hang up.

My last day to cancel the subscription is today. This is ridiculous.

I can't believe it's come to this... AI and crappy customer support from one of the most established technology companies in the world.

    Go directly to Microsoft Services & subscriptions

    Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.

    Find the subscription → Manage → Cancel subscription.

    If you see Turn on recurring billing, Microsoft says the subscription is already scheduled to expire and you should not be charged again.
