1- Open any web browser and navigate to https://account.microsoft.com/account. Sign in with the username and password of the Microsoft account that you used to begin your subscription.
2- Go to the Subscriptions Menu.

To renew your subscription, kindly go to this link:
https://account.microsoft.com/services
Select the Office 365 subscription you want to renew.
Select Renew next to your subscription.
Choose a renewal term.
