I have a yearly recurring Microsoft 365 Personal Classic subscription last paid on 22 July. My Microsoft order history shows the subscription as completed, but my Services & subscriptions page says it has expired and asks me to resubscribe.

    Hi, @Sam A

Since your July 22 payment already shows as Completed in Microsoft Order history, but the same account shows Microsoft 365 as expired, this looks like a subscription entitlement issue rather than a payment issue.

At this point, Microsoft Support will need to check the subscription on the account and correct the status if the payment was successfully applied. You can contact Microsoft Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

Before you do, what exact expiration date is shown on the Services & subscriptions page?

Also, does the July 22 order show Microsoft 365 Personal Classic specifically?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
