Made an email which is connected to work and it says theres a phone number already linked to my account which is not my phone number and is already connected! NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Caroline,

    I would contact your IT Admin/point of contact in your company who manages your Microsoft 365 or email accounts.

    Your admin will need to log into the Microsoft Entra admin center and check your authentication settings. They can then investigate this, and the audit logs to check what activity has been on the account. There could be a simple explanation, but its best for them to check this as soon as possible.
