Unfortunately, you haven't given us any information that we can use to diagnose a problem- not even the brand and model of your printer. Under these circumstances, my suggestion is to reinstall the printer following the manufacturer's instructions.

Can you print to the printer from another device, such as your phone, assuming this is a printer in the Wifi network environment?
What's the printer's brand and model?
