Trying to create an Azure account with my company: account creation blocked

Hi,

I'm trying to create an Azure account with my company to use Azure Artifact Signing, and the account creation is blocked.

I have tried multiple times over the few last months, it's always blocked.

I have tried several emails on our company domain, and even tried a Gmail account to see if it's was linked to the domain, nothing works, it's always blocked.

It's impossible to contact someone about this. I have tried opening a ticket with Microsoft Azure by signing with my personal account (which can't be use for Artifact Signing as it's not an organization account), they tell me that it's not of their resort, and it's always one service redirecting to another. Nobody seems to know how to solve this or redirect me to the appropriate service department.

Can someone help?
