When I try to login to my apps, a number of email addresses come up including my ex. I bought a new computer hub just recently but it still happens. Why am I seeing all of their information??

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I understand that you would like to remove the email address options, such as your ex’s account, that appear when you try to sign in to your apps. I'll do my best to help. May I know if it's happening in all of your apps or just a browser?

Please let me know on what exact application are you trying to sign in so I could share the steps that you can perform. Since it actually depends where are you seeing it. Is it on MS Edge? Google Chrome?

    Will wait for your response.

    Thanks,

    Tin

If these are not your accounts, don't select them when signing in. We can systematically remove the old account information from:

    1. Windows Accounts
    2. Edge/Chrome
    3. Outlook.com
    4. Microsoft 365/Office
    5. Windows Credential Manager
    6. Browser sync
    7. Saved passwords/autofill

Because you specifically mentioned Outlook.com account management, security, and privacy, the safest approach is to check the Microsoft account sessions and then clean the local Windows/browser credentials.
