I tried to renew the artifact signing identify validation for my artifact signing account I've been using for multiple years because I was asked to so by automated email.
I went through the renewal process in the azure portal. It was all about scanning an official government id on my phone and my face. Eventually, this went through successfully, but after a few days the validation request switched to failed and there is now a message telling me to submit current documents about my company's legal status. I have all of these ready, but there is no place to send them to, the request just seems stuck and there also seems to be no way to trigger the renewal process again. What can I do to get things in motion again?

I did all the mobile authenticator steps, got a Verified ID attached, and eventually every Identity Validation request fails with error: "Please provide additional document(s) listed below dated within the past 12 months to verify your organization. Formation/incorporation records, franchise or agency appointment letters, government-issued licenses, registration certificates, or tax filing records."
I'm the subscription owner, and have also given myself the "Artifact Signing Identity Verifier" role before starting the process, but it seems to have had no effect. There does not appear to be any way to upload these documents in the UI.
