Identity validation keeps auto-failing and requests a new document with no way to upload one

I'm trying to complete identity validation for my organization in Azure, and it keeps auto-failing every time.

The rejection message says:

"Hello, Thank you for providing additional documents to our team for account verification. Upon review, we identified that the documents you've shared are too old to be considered for account verification. Please provide a document where the expiration date is a future date that is at least two months away. Thank you, Vetting Operations Support"

The problem is there is no visible option anywhere in the identity validation panel to actually upload or attach a new document. I've tried deleting the identity validation entry and starting a brand new one from scratch, refreshing and reopening the panel, and re-entering all the organization details manually.

Every single time, the submission auto-fails immediately with the same "documents too old" message asking for a newer document, but the UI gives no field, button, or link anywhere to attach a file. This creates a loop where the process can never actually be completed.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a specific step or hidden upload option I'm missing, or is this a known bug that needs to be escalated to support?
