I can log in to outlook and onedrive online but not on my laptop, same goes for office 365 apps

How do i resolve this error? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling onedrive and M365, repairing M365 apps, clearing caches, unlinking and relinking accounts, opening Word as Administrator and also setting up dummy accounts on my laptop. Please can you help clear this issue

I can't sign in to one drive on my laptop at all. I followed all the AI-generated steps but still get error code 7q6ca (-2147009780). Please advise how to fix sign-on.

Thank you for reaching out, I understand that unable to use Office apps must be very frustrating. I also see that you have already performed some troubleshoot, here's what I would suggest trying next:

Clear Microsoft Credentials:

On the search bar, look for Credentials Manager then delete any entries related to
- MicrosoftOffice
- ADAL
- OneAuth
- Office
- Microsoft 365
Then restart your PC and open any Office apps and login again

Run Office Quick Repair:
