Artifact Signing organization validation failed without a reason

Our Spanish company’s public identity validation shows Failed. Neither the Azure portal nor the notification email explains why. We uploaded website and domain-ownership documents. Please confirm which check failed, what corrected evidence is required, and whether the validation can be reopened or a new request is permitted. We can provide the subscription and validation IDs privately to Microsoft.
