When I click on 'subscriptions' this is the prompt I get: Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: [moderator's note: PII removed].

Clicking on Refresh hasn't worked and this has been this way since Sept 7th. Today is Sept 11th.

For your privacy and security, I have covered the personal information included in your post. Please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information publicly, such as serial numbers, order details, email addresses, phone numbers, or case-related information.

    Hi CharM,

Since the issue has persisted since September 7, could you confirm whether you are using a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account? Also, does the same error appear when you open the Services & subscriptions page in an InPrivate or Incognito window or from another browser or device?

Please also make sure you are signed in with the same account used to purchase the subscription. If the error continues across different browsers or devices, please contact Microsoft Support and provide the TraceID shown in the message, along with the date and approximate time the error occurred.

This is a user-to-user support forum, so contributors cannot access your subscription records or investigate account-specific back-end errors. I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but I wanted to make sure you got the most accurate information about your situation. Thank you so much for your understanding.
