Microsoft, this is really frustrating, every single ttime we want to read a document or work in something, we have to open a different app - it used to auto embed within copilot.

and then every time I wanna try and sign into one app, it takes me back to copilot chat page. it's very inefficient and I'm trying to get my colleagues or officers to centralize and work through copilot or one drive in a Central place, but if we keep having to shift through things and changes keep being made. that it takes more for me to train or teach my staff and teach myself rather than actually be productive, this is really frustrating. And its COSTLY. We are in a sensotive busoness and these delays cost us money. Is this normal for Microsoft or is there some way to make it easier?

I'm fed up and thinking ti exit altogether. Our email are all in here so that's the only reason we are staying!

    Dear Shafin,

I completely understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to stay productive and are required to move between multiple applications, especially when managing time-sensitive business activities where delays can have a direct impact on operations and costs.

Microsoft 365 and Copilot are designed to work across various applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. As a result, some content and documents may open in their respective applications rather than remaining entirely within the Copilot experience. While this behavior can be expected in certain scenarios, I appreciate that it may not align with your preferred workflow, particularly when you're aiming to centralize work and simplify adoption for your colleagues and staff.

Your feedback regarding context switching, repeated sign-ins, and the challenges associated with training users is valuable, and I can certainly understand why this would affect your overall experience.

In this case, I sincerely recommend you go to Feedback community to vote this similar feedback: (find out similar feedback, if not provide the feedback forum link Ideas · Community). Your feedback has been duly noted and is highly valued, as it provides with essential insights to continue improving and refining the products and services in the future.

Please notice and accept my apologies that as moderators in the community, we are not supported for the product design and have limited resources for the advanced info for Microsoft products. Again, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation
