choosing another user

when computer is opened not all users show. omly the last one used. also when i click the start button and click on the user picture the other users do not appear.

    Before we proceed, may I have a full screen capture of the situation to check for you? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting. Also, seeing the last used profile at boot is normal and expected. However, you should be able to switch user.
