To receive a copy of the invoice, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for assistance.

To create a support ticket with the Billing team, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com using a Global Administrator account.

Step 2: Select Help & Support.

Step 3: Enter a support request title: "Need to contact the Billing Team" .

Step 4: Click the blue arrow icon, then select Contact Support to submit your support request.

If you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can contact the Billing team through Microsoft phone support instead.
