Hi all,

I have successfully logged into Skype and attempted to reactivate my credit balance. I get an error that it's not possible as my billing address is not updated. I then get an error trying to add my billing address. Can someone advise how I might successfully contact a human support agent or do I need to start a small claims legal procedure against Microsoft to reclaim my money? I should add, I have never received any notification from Microsoft advising my credit will be 'lost', and I can still see the credit balance on my account.

Thanks for any advice.

Regards, JD

Can you go to https://account.live.com > Your info, make sure the language field is not blank or incorrect. Make sure you have it set up to the correct language. Review your country and region as well. Make sure they are correct. Then update your billing address again, and see if that helps. If it doesn't work, try to do it in incognito mode.
