Monthly Teams subscription charge for un-recognized account

I recently realized I've been billed a monthly recurring charge, for several years, for an MS Teams subscription for an account that I don't recognize. Looking through my personal email address I also realize now that I was getting a monhtly notification about this. I don't care about a refund more than just stopping the charge going forward. None of the steps in this forum or online have helped resolve this or helped me locate the "ghost" account associated with this charge. I don't recognize the tenant id (provided in the email I got from MS each month). I tried calling support but that doesn't lead anywhere, the system just opened a ticket. How do I resolve a ghost charge that is not tied to my active paid MS365 account?
