I believe that i have multiple accounts under different emails. How do I consolidate this so that I have one account with the proper version of Microsoft subscriptions

    Hi, @Peter Jekill

Microsoft accounts cannot be merged or consolidated into one account, and an existing Microsoft 365 subscription cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another.

First, let’s identify which account currently owns each subscription.

Sign in to these pages with each email address you may have used:

For Order history, adjust the date range if needed so older purchases appear.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. What Microsoft 365 subscription is shown under each account, such as Personal or Family?
    2. Which account has the subscription you want to keep using?
    3. Are these all personal Microsoft accounts, or is any one of them a work or school account?

Once you confirm what appears under each account, I can help you determine the next step.

    Thanks!
