Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hi Aoki,
In the left navigation pane:
- Expand your mailbox by clicking the > next to your email address.
- Look through Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, and any custom folders.
- Also check whether the renamed folder became a subfolder of another folder.
If you don't see the navigation pane, go to View > Folder Pane > Normal.
Try searching Outlook for the old name or part of it. If the folder itself doesn't appear in search, search for an email you know was in it.
You can use Ctrl + 6. This switches Outlook to the Folder List view, showing your mailbox's folder hierarchy. Look through the list for the folder you renamed.
For reference: Show all folders in Outlook | Microsoft Support
However, please check the folder list in Outlook on the web and compare it with Classic Outlook on your device to determine whether this is a local issue or not.
I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.
