How to find out why I have 2 Mircosoft Office accounts

I am currently being charged for 2 microsoft accounts. One is billing on June 6 for $140.71 card ending in 3110 and the second on October 10 for $140.71 card ending in 9614. How do I get these on one account or find the second account. I only have 2 computers and should be using them on the same account

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with each of your Microsoft e-mail addresses. That way, you should be able to figure out which accounts are associated with subscriptions.
